Role:
You will be the face of our brand, building strong relationships, generating qualified leads, and securing new design projects. This is not just a sales job—it’s about representing a luxury brand, creating genuine connections, and finding the right clients who align with our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the luxury residential sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value referral sources such as architects, builders, developers, and luxury real estate agents.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to represent our firm.
Follow up on leads, create proposals in collaboration with our design team, and close deals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report regularly on progress.
Collaborate with our marketing efforts to support brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in interior design, architecture, construction or luxury real estate.
Strong network in Dallas’s luxury market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Professional presence and ability to represent a luxury brand with poise.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
