Happy #ArborDay nature lovers! Even though North Dakota doesn't celebrate until next week, we're celebrating today with the rest of you!

While this #CliffordBerryman cartoon, courtesy of our partners at Theodore Roosevelt Birthplace National Historic Site, gives a humorous take on Roosevelt and Arbor Day, TR's address to the schoolchildren of America stresses his feelings about the true importance of trees. "A people without children would face a hopeless future; a country without trees is almost as hopeless."
