One of our most frequently asked questions is “What’s the difference between Hapwood’s Mill Crafted and Traditional???”

“Traditional” is a rotary cut wear layer perfect for matching up to many discontinued prefinished lines like Bruce, Heartco, Anderson, etc. OR when your customer wants a more cost-effective hardwood product that doesn’t cup or gap and can be installed over concrete.

“Mill Crafted” is a blend of grains and is designed to match the look of a Ÿ plain sawn product. This look also comes with the same warranty against cupping and gapping and an unmatched track record of quality. It can stand on it’s own, match up directly with solids, and/or be installed in below grade applications.
