Built here. For here.

Our AI for Business certificate was designed in conversation with local business owners and managers about where AI was helping and where they needed support: operations, financial management, marketing, and workforce and HR.

Trust the local experts behind it: FLC@Work, the AI Institute at FLC, and Katz School of Business. National certificates run $500 to $3,000 for a generic business audience, and free courses leave you working through them alone online. This one is $399, in person, with Tom Miaskiewicz in the lead and other local owners and managers working through the same things you are.

Register by October 5. If you've been thinking about it, this is the week to sign up at gowork.fortlewis.edu. Team discounts available, contact [email protected] for details.

Think AI is just for big tech cities? Think again. 🗻✨

For a stormy day we still had an incredible turnout at our latest workshop, “Building Custom GPTs for Business.” It wasn’t just students in the room it was local business owners, nonprofit leaders, and neighbors from across the 4 corners region.
From summarizing long reports in seconds to creating specialized assistants for local shops, we’re proving that AI isn’t a trend, it’s a practical tool that gives our rural community a serious edge.

Want your content to feel more cinematic without becoming a video editor? 🎥

In this workshop, we’ll use Google Flow + Veo to go from idea → script → storyboard → short-form marketing video using simple text prompts. You’ll learn how to control tone, pacing, and emotion—while keeping your brand story front and center.
