The Art of Eleatta Diver

The Art of Eleatta Diver Hi and welcome! This is a window into my artful love for life. I hope you'll enjoy peeking in from time to time! Eleatta paints messages of hope and inspiration.

They are parables in color and texture. Like a story teller gathers tales, she has collected human emotion over her lifetime of creating. She says it all began with precariously balancing a sleeping cat and sketchbook. Her five year old fingers discovered the world of imagination. Immersing herself in scratchy lines and stubby crayons, she found her breath and her voice. Life’s connecting dots beg

an for Eleatta in Orangeburg, S.C., where her talent was richly nurtured. Columbia’s University of South Carolina enriched her with a B.A. in Fine A. Marriage and five children wove together Seoul Korea and Boston Massachusetts. Durham, N.C. is currently the place where she, her husband, two children and dog, “Buddy” happily reside. Although changes of life’s seasons have dictated a variety of expression, creativity has been the ever present undertow. Eleatta’s work is strewn along the East Coast both in private and public settings, including the University of South Carolina. The Center for the Performing Arts and G.S.K. Pharmaceuticals in N. C. also display her work. Over the years she has worked in batik, oil, paper mache, watercolor, dyes and has currently settled joyfully into acrylic. Eleatta offers classes and workshops for kids and adults.

Just a little tea stain- where I found a tiny pup curled up on a flower…A bit of play for the imagination.😉🥳

A cat… a fox… a little wizard on a magic carpet? Haha!!! I just let my imagination play for a minute.

And something shifted. I really think our imagination is such a gift- a release valve to disperse some of the weight we carry.

What did you see?

I think we’re naturally drawn to wise old souls. It’s that steady, knowing presence we admire so much. And the beautiful thing is
that every day we’re living our way into that wisdom - slowly… quietly… in ways we don’t always notice.😉

We come alive
in the presence of each other.

Not in the big moments—
but in the quiet ones
where someone stays.

Sometimes we think we’re stuck…
but maybe we’re just gathering ourselves.

I saw a frog in this tea stain—
legs tucked in, ready… waiting…

Did you know frogs don’t rush their leap?
They pause. They watch. They choose the moment.

And then… they go.

If you’re in a quiet season right now,
maybe it’s not stillness…
maybe it’s preparation. 🐸✨

She’s the softest little thing most of the day…
curled up, peaceful, completely at ease.

But the moment a tiny bug appears—
everything shifts.

Not frantic.
Not aggressive.

Just… completely focused, knowing it’s time to ACT!

I’m curious…
have you felt that shift in yourself?

That moment when you just know it’s time to act?

Let yourself be watered by wonder.

If you’re wondering how…
it might be as simple as slowing down long enough
to notice a small bit of magic around you.
Pause. Look closer.
Let something small surprise you.🥰

I think flowers are
nature’s way of whispering hope.

They grow quietly.
They don’t hurry.
And somehow they make our crazy world
feel a little more beautiful.

Maybe today we can slow down
long enough to notice one.

What’s something small and lovely you noticed today?

03/12/2026

This little one reminded me of beginner’s mind —
that beautiful place where we don’t already know everything
and we’re still open enough to be surprised.

Maybe that’s where the joy lives - inside wonder.

What do you think she’s looking at up there?
