We're having a blast at Academic Opening Day with a tradition sure to knock your socks off: a performance by the amazing Blugold Marching Band! This wasn't only exciting for all the new Blugolds preparing for their first day of class tomorrow – Chancellor Martini was equally excited for (and impressed by!) the performance!

📢 Parents & Families: Did You Know?

UW-Eau Claire offers a SafeRide/SafeWalk Program to help keep Blugolds safe while traveling to and from campus locations at night.

🚶‍♀️🚗 Students can request a free walking es**rt or safe ride to or from a campus location or campus property.

✅ Available to all UW-Eau Claire students
✅ Operated by trained student Campus Safety Officers easily identified by their yellow safety vests
✅ Available 7 days a week from 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. while classes are in session.

📞 Students can request a SafeRide or SafeWalk, call 715-836-3333 during operating hours.
