Posting this one a little early to get reactions into next week. People have different ideas about which schools deserve to be considered as Public Ivies, no matter their costs to non-residents. I also do not believe in the "rejective" notion expressed by Forbes. It's difficult for families to learn that admission to the flagship university in their home state might be more dream than reality.

Forbes tries to define why a school is a Public Ivy. But I don't buy it.
