Tiny but MIGHTY! 💙🤍

Psi Chi Zeta was honored to be named Chapter of the Year at the 2026 Washington/Alaska State Leadership Conference!

As a small chapter in Alaska, this recognition means more to us than words can express. Sometimes, the work we do can feel like a small drop in a very large ocean, but we continue to show up and make an impact, even when that means serving our community in -50° weather!

This achievement is a reflection of the dedication and heart of every Soror who continues to pour into our chapter and our community. We are especially grateful for the hard work and leadership of our Chapter Basileus whose commitment to growing Psi Chi Zeta and leading our chapter toward success has helped make this recognition possible.

Thank you to everyone who sees our work, supports our mission, and recognizes the impact that even a small chapter can make. We are incredibly proud of how far we have come, and we will continue to live up to the achievement 💙🤍

Some things are worth passing down. Harm isn’t one of them.
Finer Women Don’t Haze × National Hazing Prevention Week 2026 is officially here, and this year’s message is clear:
Pass the Torch, Not the Trauma.
We can honor our history without repeating harmful practices.
From our newest members to our most seasoned Sorors, each of us has a responsibility to protect the Sisterhood and help shape what comes next.
This week, we’re making space for real conversations around accountability, safety, respect, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.
So, Sorors, the torch is in our hands.
What will you choose to pass forward?

Today, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated honors the legacy and uplifts the men of lota Phi Theta, as they celebrate their 63rd Anniversary.
Since its founding in 1963, the brown and gold have stood as a beacon of fortitude, purposefully built to advocate for the rights of our people and champion social and economic justice for the overlooked and underserved.
Born out of a pivotal moment in history, lota became a movement. At Morgan State University, twelve visionary founders: Albert Hicks, Lonnie Spruill, Jr., Charles Briscoe, Frank Coakley, John Slade, Barron Willis, Webster Lewis, Charles Brown, Louis Hudnell, Charles Gregory, Elias Dorsey, Jr., and Michael Williams - united around a shared commitment to maturity, community, and civic engagement.
Refusing to be mere spectators, they became architects of change.

On this day, we give honor and celebrate the birth of our triumphant founder, Viola Tyler Goings, as we continue to expand our footprint worldwide as a leading community-conscious, action-oriented organization affecting change.
It is because of the trailblazing forethought and determined ex*****on of an idea by five Howard University co-ed’s that Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, stands as one of the world’s most respected national panhellenic sororities today!
Help us wish our illustrious sister a heavenly “Happy Birthday”!

Today, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated celebrates Women’s Equality Day with purpose, power, and pride.
As Finer Women, we know equality is not a quiet request. It is a call to lead boldly, serve fiercely, and keep pressing forward until every woman has the freedom, access, and opportunity she deserves.
So today, dress your crown. Wear your power. Strut in your essence. Stand in the legacy of the women who opened to doors, and keep building new ones for those coming behind US.
Because when women rise, communities shift. When women lead, history moves.
