Colonial Williamsburg

We are proud to have the George Mason University Patriots Fife and Drum Corps represent George Mason University and our greater community this weekend in Colonial Williamsburg !!

Our thanks to Professors Shane Nickels and Emily Barone, and the The Green Machine team for making this happen!

Don’t miss Drummers Call, this weekend! Enjoy the Colonial Williamsburg Fife and Drum Corps, celebrating 20 years of women in the corps. Plus, compare styles of ten corps from around the country and discover how these historic military musicians have developed their own niche genre that’s continuing to gain popularity.

You'll see the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) (Yeah *that* Old Guard that escorts the President). Mountain Fifes & Drums, another youth program, is visiting from California. Our alumni group will join us of course, and for the first time, we're welcoming George Mason University Patriots Fife and Drum Corps just to name a few!
