What a helpful page on all things business in the community! When taking a break from school, a good movie is my go-to when trying to relax. One trailer that I came across recently that caught my eye is for the movie Chief Zabu. It’s an interesting comedy about two real estate agents looking to land a huge deal. The writing by Neil Cohan and Zack Norman does an excellent job poking at the political landscape without taking away from the story. Along with some witty exchanges, the film has a facetious sense of humor that goes well with its many political/business troupes. It releases on streaming platforms on August 8th and I’m excited to get a full look at the film. If this peaks your interest, give the trailer a look and let me know what you think!

Hey fellow business majors, I recently saw a movie that related to my classes in a really neat way. The movie was the sci-fi thriller Emapthy, Inc. It had sort of a Black Mirror vibe, but the plot focused on a venture capitalist that gets screwed over while investing in a tech startup that is seriously lacking in ethics. I love a good sci-fi movie, but I need it to have some grounding in reality for me to relate to it. This movie totally accomplished that, and it hit home for me by intelligently working in business jargon. It's coming out on vod September 24th, and I think it will not only be a great film for the Halloween season, but it will also stand as an eerie example of what can happen when things go wrong in the world of business.
