☕Employee Spotlight: Since May 2026, Caitlin McClain has served as Campus Services Coordinator at the CLTCC Ferriday Campus.

Caitlin's unique combination of everyday favorites forms the secret to her success as a Campus Services Coordinator. Her deep appreciation for coffee provides the steady, reliable fuel needed to navigate fast-paced schedules, coordinate multiple facility requests, and stay alert from morning till afternoon. That boundless energy flows naturally into her love for cleaning (which she finds relaxing), giving her a meticulous eye for detail that ensures campus environments are spotless, organized, and inviting for everyone. And, when every day chores call for a little extra swagger, the high-octane anthems of Gretchen Wilson provide the ultimate soundtrack.
