Wind River 4-H Community

Wind River 4-H Community Our 4-H Club on the Wind River Reservation was established in 1993. We provide technical assistance and natural resources outreach to the community.

We are part of the University of Wyoming's Extension Program located on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming and primarily focus on tribal lands and natural resources. The 4-H Club provides projects in the local tribal schools' after school programs and hosts 4-H activity days. In the summer we work with youth in 4-H and the Boys and Girls Clubs. We also have the Adopt-a-Highway program and Adopt-a-Grandparent program and many other programs that address tribal priorities regarding farming and ranching.
