It’s official! 🎉 Lead Like a Champion® is now a registered trademark. 🏆

Nine months in the making, and receiving the official certificate yesterday was such a special moment.

Lead Like a Champion® brings together so many parts of my journey, from being a Division I athlete and team captain to becoming an educator, school principal, district leader, coach, and business owner.

What started as my vision is growing into something much bigger than me. I’m beginning to build a team around this work so we can develop more leaders, strengthen more teams, and make an even greater impact together.

I’m proud of how far this has come, excited for this next chapter, and ready to see where we take it from here.

We’re just getting started. 💙

I didn’t realize how much I needed the right community until I found it. ❤️

I’ve been part of different coaching programs and online communities over the years, and while I’ve taken something from all of them, the 7FE Educator community has just felt different.

I feel seen. I feel heard. I feel challenged.

And I’m surrounded by people who are doing big things and thinking BIG, which is exactly where I want to be. 🙌🏽

I’ve always believed in putting myself in rooms where I have no choice but to grow. Rooms where I’m not the one with all the answers. Rooms where I can learn, be stretched, and see what’s possible at another level.

Honestly, I think that’s such a big part of leadership too.

If you’re always the one leading the room, teaching the room, or knowing the most in the room…where are you being challenged?

Great leaders keep putting themselves in spaces that stretch them. đź’Ż

I’m so grateful for Dr. Erica Jordan-Thomas, the coaches, this community, and the way this past year has pushed me to think bigger about what I’m building.

And now I’m getting ready to step into the 7FE mastermind this fall, which I already know is going to stretch me even more. 🚀

Leadership requires us to keep growing.
