GSU Social Sciences was well-represented at this year's PIONEER SHOWCASE. Thanks to our own Profs. Patrick McMunn and Josh Squires for organizing.

GSU’s Psi Chi Honor Society attended the 72nd annual Southeastern Psychological Association (SEPA) meeting in New Orleans, with 4 students presenting their research.

Christina Hardbarger and Elizabeth Adkins shared their findings on addiction and recidivism; Graylin Floyd and Maxine Barerra showcased their results on gender differences in attraction. Psi Chi President, Brooklyn Golden, and member, Dae Harper, accompanied the others to compete in the Trivia Bowl.

Attendees won prizes, attended presentations, consulted with other universities on research, and represented GSU on a national level.

Special thanks to Foundations and the Social Sciences Department for making this trip possible!
