ANI SOUL Wellness and Designs: Body, Mind, Spirit & Stones Offering body, mind and spirit modalities for health, happiness, travel & fulfillment.

Kathy Bucholska has been on her personal and professional spiritual quest since the mid 1980s. Her journey began trying to resolve personal health issues and led her to study and practice many healing modalities such as Reiki, Reconnection Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Active Dowsing and Quantum Touch. She is certified in hypnosis and past life regressions, attended many spiritually based conferences at the Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE) and obtained a MA degree from Atlantic University in Transpersonal Mentoring in addition to a MEd from Boston University. She is a member of the American Society of Dowsers and practices "active" dowsing which helps to transform non-beneficial energy. She has taught classes at Northshore Community College such as Discovering Your Past Lives, Building With Your Mind, Understanding Dreams, Assertiveness Training and many more over a period of 15 years. Recently Kathy was certified as a Soul Coach® by renown teacher and author, Denise Linn. During her educational and spiritual quest she has expressed herself through art using stones, fossils, meteorites and other objects in jewelry and mixed media art. She's a firm believer that travel nurtures the soul whether actual or armchair and will sometimes share her adventures with you.

My GALAXY BRACELET reflects the most positive energies of our solar system as well as the relative size and distance from the SUN. To identify the planets/stones begin with the largest, the SUN, and work your way around the stones.

The SUN brings life and energy while YELLOW CALCITE or SUNSTONE bring good health & Positivity. MERCURY energy fosters curiosity & adaptability while HEMATITE transforms negativity. VENUS energy is Harmonious & OPAL instills calm & peace.

EARTH energy grounds and nurtures & AZURITE spiritually connects. The MOON lights the way & the star dust full moon silver bead deflects negativity. MARS brings assertiveness & confidence while FIRE AGATE instills confidence & joy.

JUPITER gives confidence while BOTSWANA AGATE fosters creativity. SATURN connects one to their timeless selves while TIGER EYE provides insight. URANUS brings out the unconventional with AVENTURINE bringing good luck.

NEPTUNE energy is compassion & kindness while SODALITE gives purpose. BLUE GOLDSTONE beads represent the stars providing financial balance. You can place a drop of your favorite essential oil on the LAVA stone to increase calm and harmony

Kathy of Ani Sol Designs has two new mixed media pieces at Local Colors Artists' Cooperative using stones, fossils and found pieces. The first is called Universal Understanding featuring a mountain shaped Amethyst, a collaged galaxy background with a yellow calcite moon with mosaic tiles. It offers protection, enhances creativity and brings a strong love of the universe and humankind. The second piece is called Ageless featuring a carved piece of a Orthocerus Nautiloid fossil at least 200 million years old with found pieces of Cape Ann sea glass and pottery surrounded by natural tiles. It symbolizes resilience, timeless beauty and hope.
