THE CHARTER MEMBERS OF THE CHAPTER ARE SORORS GLENN BARR, DORIS ROBINSON, HAZEL ANDERSON, IRMA MOORE AND EDDIE LEE DAVENPORT. GAMMA KAPPA SIGMA IS ALSO THE SPONSOR OF THE UNDERGRADUATE CHAPTER BETA OMEGA OF GRAMBLING STATE UNIVERSITY.EACH YEAR THE CHAPTER PROVIDES COMMUNITY SERVICES BY PARTICIPATING IN OR CONTRIBUTING TO M.D.A., MARCH OF DIMES, CARVER/KING OBSERVANCES, BLACK HISTORY, NAACP. UNCF,

NURSING HOME AND DETENTION CENTER VISITS/DONATIONS. WE SPONSOR ANNUAL SORORITY PROJECTS/PROGRAMS INCLUDING; HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS, FOUNDER’S DAY AND NUMEROUS OTHER INFORMATIVE AND SOCIAL FUNCTIONS.
