Register below for your chance to be selected to win a donated O.A.K. The Wisconsin Recovery Alignment State Tour team will present you with your donated O.A.K. on stage at the tour stop located nearest to your city!! How cool is this?? 🎉

They will also come out and install the O.A.K. after the tour, take photos with your team, train everyone in naloxone and supply your organization with harm reduction supplies. ⭐️

This registration form is hosted by Helios Heuristic for the Wisconsin Recovery Alignment Tour, a five-stop statewide initiative taking place throughout September 2026. Overdose Aid Kits (O.A.K.s) are being made available at each stop in part by a generous donation from Rogers Behavioral Health. 👏
