Applications are now open for the Inclusive Pathways for Advancement in the Academy (IPAA) Institute, to be held on Dartmouth’s campus Dec. 4-6, 2019. This new program supports Inclusive Excellence and the Campus Culture and Climate Initiative. Over the past years we have met with many new faculty members who shared that in their first several years at Dartmouth they needed more support with their scholarship, help with learning how to teach their material, and were seeking a community to engage in and find support. Inclusive Pathways for Advancement in the Academy strives to provide these three needs for faculty that have been at the institution for under three years and postdocs.
