TSO’s September Member of the Month is Jayda Bridges! 🫶🏽 🌷

Much of what keeps a chapter connected and moving forward occurs behind the scenes, and our sister, Jayda, consistently makes it happen with creativity, expertise, and dedication. ✅

As our Technology Chair and Reporter, Jayda leads the maintenance of TSO’s social media and digital presence, supports committees with promotional materials and tech support, and captures the moments that preserve our chapter’s history. Often generously sharing her time and talents at a moment's notice, she rises to the occasion to ensure that TSO's light is picture perfect! 🤩

We proudly recognize Sister Jayda Bridges as our September Sister of the Month and thank her for all she does, seen and unseen, to keep TSO connected, visible, and moving forward! 💕💚

Still doing a little summer catch-up.., During our September chapter meeting we announced Our August TSO Member of the Month, Halle Johnson, who demonstrated exceptional vision, creativity, and leadership in bringing an exciting new chapter event to life. 👏🏽

Through her leadership, Halle took a shared vision and ran with it, leading the Inaugural Scholarship Brunch with thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. The event beautifully celebrated our 2026 scholarship recipients, highlighted the important work of Theta Sigma Omega's Pearls of the Pinebelt Foundation, and created a memorable and enjoyable experience for all in attendance. 🥂

Halle also serves as our chapter's Sisterly Relations Chair, and consistently brings forth activities that keep our sisterly bond strong!

Congratulations to Sister Halle Johnson, our August Member of the Month! 💕💚

Last week, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Theta Sigma Omega and Iota Kappa Chapters collaborated for a Children’s Food Bag Stuffing at the Oseola McCarty Youth Development Center.

🎒We filled 200 bags with 🍎fruit, veggies, snacks and other easy-to-prep items🍜 to ensure our local youth have access to nutritious meals when school is not in session.

Our commitment to addressing childhood hunger in the Pine Belt continues one bag at a time! 💗💚
