Members: PLEASE READ!
We have a meeting Wednesday at 3 p.m., during which we'll be printing the digital pieces for the library exhibit and demonstrating how to mount your work. We'll have an additional unofficial meeting for mounting work (likely the next Wednesday, Feb. 13) but otherwise it will be up to you guys to get supplies and mount your work! You'll need adhesive and foam board (preferably black). If you have issues getting supplies, please let me or Chris know — but also, partner up and split the cost! It's rather inexpensive at Texas Art Supply, as well as other major craft stores, Wal-Mart, etc.
For those with physical paintings: please get with us if you do not wish to mount your work permanently on foamcore. We can work out a different option for those with physical pieces.
In addition, please don't start mounting until after Wednesday's meeting! We're planning to go over border measurements and such. Also I'm currently working on organization to make sure we can fit everyone's pieces, it's possible that we may only be able to feature one piece from those who submitted multiple. Maybe. I'll get back to y'all on that.
Thanks guys, see you Wednesday!
