Meet the team behind UH Wellness! 

We’re here to make wellness feel a little more accessible, a little more fun, and a whole lot more connected to everyday Coog life.

From creating wellness infinitives and campus experiences to connecting students with resources, programs, and opportunities to Be Well, Do Well ... there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes.

Brew & Be Well with UH Wellness was the perfect midweek reset—good coffee, good energy, and a cute reminder to actually slow down and enjoy college life at University of Houston .

Definitely one of my favorite UH wellness moments so far. 🤎

Self-love is the best love. 🐾❤️

We’re out on campus getting the scoop from Coogs on relationships, connections, sexual health, and wellness for our Kiss & Tell series. 💋🎤

And while we love a little tea, here’s one thing we’ll always stand on: knowing your status and taking care of your sexual health is self-love.

Need supplies? Stop by the UH Wellness Lounge for free wellness resources, including condoms, tampons, pregnancy tests, and free STI Testing.
