This on-campus course brings together leading political scientists Mark P. Jones, Ph.D., of Rice University, Michael O. Adams, Ph.D., of Texas Southern University and Renée D. Cross, MLA, of the University of Houston to provide deep insider analysis on federal, state and local outlooks.
