✨ That’s a wrap for the 2025 Kaiser Permanente FLI Interdependent Leadership Program! ✨

We loved facilitating virtual workshops throughout the year with these incredible cohorts—Garfield, Tyson, and Lei—working with financial leaders across the country, from the East Coast to Hawaii and everywhere in between. 🌎

Working virtually with such engaged, thoughtful, and high-impact leaders was truly one of the highlights of our year. These groups consistently rocked it.

We’re deeply grateful to be part of this outstanding leadership development curriculum. Hats off to all of the participants, our amazing producers, and the wonderful behind-the-scenes team who make it all happen. Here’s some photos this year’s workshops, with a few fun throwbacks.

We’re still feeling inspired after the recent Project Centrl Leadership Conference, themed “Building a Resilient Curriculum,” at the Vee Quiva Resort & Casino, owned by the Gila River Indian Community.

has been part of the Project CENTRL curriculum for years, but this conference gave us an even deeper appreciation for the full scope of the program. Hearing from fellow facilitators, alumni, and board members underscored how truly transformative this leadership journey is. With its multidimensional approach, Project CENTRL cultivates not just exceptional leaders — but evolved, community-minded human beings. We’re incredibly honored to be part of it.

We had the privilege of speaking on a panel, sharing the Effective Communication portion of the curriculum. The icing on the cake was facilitating our Exceptional Speaking Course on the final day – the participants absolutely rocked it!

Enormous thanks to Scott Koenig, Executive Director, whose vision made this conference possible — and to Niki Ki and Tracey Wasson, who brought it to life.

We’re also deeply grateful to the University of Arizona and the entire Project Centrl Board.

From rural Arizona to D.C. to Mexico and beyond, the skills developed in this program are not only creating strong, resilient leaders — they’re creating leaders who uplift others. It was a joy to reconnect with alumni from this extraordinary community.

We loved being a part of the City of Ontario’s Executive Retreat, in beautiful Santa Barbara two weeks ago. Sharing the behavior modification exercises from our “Connective Communication” Course with them was wonderful.
