Your Voice. Your Choice. Your VOTE!
Early voting is still underway in several Midwest states, but the window is closing! If early voting is available in your state, make your plan and cast your ballot before the deadline. Don’t wait until Election Day if you have the opportunity to vote NOW!

BE INFORMED. BE PREPARED. BE HEARD!

MAKE YOUR PLAN! Check your state’s early voting dates, confirm your polling location and choose when you’ll cast your ballot.

KNOW YOUR BALLOT! Research the candidates and issues, review your ballot selections and make informed decisions BEFORE heading to the polls.

SPREAD THE WORD! Remind your family, friends and community that early voting is still an option. Share this post and encourage others to make their voting plans!

Democracy works best when we participate. Don’t just talk about the importance of voting—SHOW UP AND VOTE!

Election Day: Tuesday, November 3, 2026

SWYD! Stop What You’re Doing and VOTE EARLY!

The Charleston-Institute Alumnae Chapter congratulates our very own, Kivita Allen, on her appointment to the Midwest Regional Leadership team for the 2026-2028 biennium!

Voting is more than casting a ballot—it is an opportunity to make your voice heard and participate in decisions that impact our communities.

During a recent Candidate Forum, we took a moment to ask community members a simple but important question: “Why is voting important to you?”

Their answers remind us that every voice matters, every vote has meaning, and civic engagement begins with each of us.

Since 1913, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated has remained committed to social action and civic engagement. That legacy continues as we encourage our communities to get informed, get engaged, and exercise their right to vote.

🔺 Be informed.
🔺 Be engaged.
🔺 Be heard.

🎀💕 DELTAS GO PINK and CELEBRATE SISTERHOOD! 💕🎀

Today, our October Chapter Meeting had a little extra PINK as we proudly stood together in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💗

We wear pink to honor the survivors, remember those we have lost, encourage those currently fighting, and remind every woman of the importance of breast health, early detection, and regular screenings.

Today, our sisterhood stood united for a cause that has touched the lives of so many—including members of our own sisterhood.

🎀 We honor. We remember. We support. We advocate.

We also had the special privilege of celebrating Sorors who have reached remarkable milestones of 25 and 50 years of service and sisterhood! ❤️🌹 What a beautiful testament to their dedication, commitment, and enduring love for our beloved sisterhood. Their years of service represent a legacy that continues to inspire those who follow in their footsteps.

From honoring strength and resilience to celebrating decades of sisterhood and service, today reminded us of the power of standing together.

💕 Purpose. Legacy. Sisterhood. Service. 🔺

Because when Deltas Go Pink, we do it with purpose! 💕🔺

CIAC kicked off our 2026–2027 Sorority Year with our first chapter meeting!

Before getting down to the business of Delta, we gathered around the table for a beautiful fellowship breakfast while sharing smiles, laughter, conversation, and sisterly love. 🔺❤️

We were also delighted to have Soror Stone from Alpha Delta to join us for breakfast and fellowship. Moments like these remind us of the beauty of our sisterhood and the importance of strengthening the bond between our collegiate and alumnae sorors.

There’s no better way to begin a new sorority year than together while reconnecting with one another, strengthening our sisterhood, and preparing our hearts and hands for the work ahead.
