The last guest speaker in the Content Producers course was Professor Peter Johanns, who teaches studio production, performance and remote broadcasting. He has always been a prodigious content producer and currently has over 190,000 followers on TikTok. Some of his videos have been seen over 2 million times and he is continuously “experimenting” with his production approach to maximize impact. The students enjoyed hearing about his strategies and seeing his work.

Tonight at 8pm please join us for a LIVE, virtual, fully remote production of "She Kills Monsters"!

This production is a collaboration between the TVR Live Event Production Course and the IC Theater Department.

Please join us via Zoom Webinar to see the magic that is virtual theater with remote television innovation.

You are cordially invited to Ithaca College Theatre's virtual performance of She Kills Monsters: Virtual Realms

When Agnes Evans stumbles upon her late sister’s Dungeons & Dragons game, she enters a fantasy world where human gamers are demons, fairies are murderous, and nothing is as it seems. In this dramatic comedy, Agnes learns more than just how to play the game. She experiences her sister’s virtual life in ways she could have never imagined. Step into a virtual experience unlike any other.

Please be advised: This performance contains mature content including staged violence, bigoted language, and themes of loss.

When: Dec 5, 2020 08:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Register in advance for this webinar:
https://ithaca.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_o3zwCMqLRVycIpVaXZuFAA
