***LOCATION CHANGE FOR OCTOBER 31 GAME WATCH WITH NAVY CLUB!***

For the Navy game watch on October 31 we will be joining Navy’s club at Monkey’s Uncle Tavern at Jax Beach! (1728 3rd St N)

There will be a service event to assemble snack bags for sailors starting at 11:15 and the game starts at noon!

All other game watches (yes, we have game watches for every game) are at Culhane’s Southside, our normal location pictured above! Thanks to this crowd for coming to our Stanford game watch this past weekend :)

Notre Dame admissions counselors are going on the road to various cities throughout the country (and world), and Jacksonville is one of the stops! This is a special opportunity to meet admissions counselor Elly Brenner. She is the admissions counselor for the Jacksonville area!

Any high school students interested in attending Notre Dame (and their parents) are encouraged to attend our event! This event is free and open to the public. Advance registration via the RSVP button below or ND admissions website is encouraged but not required. Here are the details:

When: Wednesday, October 14th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm

Where: Bishop Kenny High School - 1055 Kingman Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32207

We will be in room 705 at Bishop Kenny and use the main parking lot in front of the gym. There will be signs to help guests find the correct room. The event will include a panel with young alumni and a current parent to answer questions as well as the ND admissions presentation!

Football season is here!! Culhane’s Irish Pub - Southside is our normal game watch location. We will be there for all games except the Navy game, where we will go to the Culhane’s Irish Pub - Atlantic Beach location to meet up with the local Navy club! We are excited for another year of football games and thankful to Culhane’s for their support, including moving karaoke if necessary this season so we can hear our night games 🎶 🏈 ☘️

We will be “sunsetting” (closing down) our Facebook GROUP to move forward only with our Facebook PAGE, hopefully eliminating any Facebook confusion.

If would be very helpful if you leave the group if you’re still in it! Otherwise, everyone will be removed individually, as this is an unfortunate part of the process to close down a Facebook group. Please do not be alarmed if you see you are banned - that is the way you are removed from the group! We still very much want you viewing our page, we promise!

We also have a new LinkedIn page, so please find us there as we increase LinkedIn activity! The link should be in the recent newsletter email, so make sure you get all our emails for the most updated information.

Congratulations to Stephen Parker, a long-time club member and ND grad, who was ordained yesterday as one of four new priests in the Diocese of St. Augustine!

Club president Jim Minta and former club co-presidents Julie and Matt Moloney were on hand to witness the happy occasion.

Congrats again to the entire Parker family!
