Register today to dance with NDADD LEGEND Reese Amundsen at the 2026 Fall Dance Conference🔥✨🧯

Reese Amundsen is a passionate dancer, choreographer, and instructor with a background spanning competitive dance, collegiate dance, conventions, and dance education. Reese began competing through NDADD in 7th grade during the 2016–2017 season and competed through his senior year in 2022. During his NDADD career, he earned back-to-back Jazz State Championships in 2020 and 2021.

Reese continued his competitive dance career at St. Cloud State University as a member of the SCSU Dance Team, competing in both the collegiate and UDA worlds. As a member of the team, he has been part of multiple championship-winning teams, including national championship teams in 2023 and 2025. His collegiate experience has allowed him to train and perform in a variety of styles while continuing to develop his skills as both a dancer and teammate.

Outside of performing, Reese has built extensive experience as an instructor and choreographer through Just For Kix. As a JFK instructor and staff member, he has worked with dancers of a wide range of ages and abilities, teaching styles including jazz, lyrical, pom, kick, hip hop, and acro. He has also choreographed solos, duets, trios, and team routines, giving him experience creating choreography tailored to individual dancers and teams.

Reese has also remained connected to the NDADD community, teaching at the NDADD Conference for the past two years as part of the SCSU Dance Team, specializing in Pom. His combination of competitive, collegiate, convention, instructional, and choreography experience allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective to every dancer he works with. Reese is passionate about helping dancers build strong technique, confidence, performance quality, and a genuine love for dance. ✨☄️🏆
