What can happen when you Take 5? 💜🩵

Take 5 to check in.
Take 5 to listen.
Take 5 to show up.

We’re proud to recognize Take 5 Oil Change as the 2026 Champion Sponsor of Walk for All Mankind™.

Their support helps us continue strengthening counseling centers across North Carolina’s HBCUs, expanding access to lifesaving mental health care and reminding students that their mental health matters.

And because Take 5 is all about making the most of a few minutes, we’re grateful they chose to Take 5 for our students.

Thank you, Take 5, for stepping up in a BIG way. 💜🩵

Every Step. Every Student. Every Life.

The numbers tell part of the story. The impact tells the rest. 💜

In 2025, Walk for All Mankind raised $30,724, supporting 9 HBCUs through wellness programming, mental health education, outreach, and expanded access to care.

Every registration. Every donation. Every step. It all helps make this impact possible.

Now it’s time to keep it going. Join us September 19 at 9 AM at Knightdale Station Park as we walk to continue expanding mental health resources for HBCU students across North Carolina. 👟💜

988 Day is an opportunity to raise awareness of the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline and remind our communities that support is available. Through 988, people can call, text, or chat to connect with trained counselors and access support and resources.

Mental health support should be accessible when it’s needed, and that belief is at the heart of why we walk.

This September 19, Walk for All Mankind™ continues that commitment by raising funds to strengthen counseling services at North Carolina HBCUs.

Today, we raise awareness. On September 19, we walk. 👟💜🩵
