RTSO invites all students to join us throughout our service week as we come together for daily service activities to ultimately assemble craft kits to be donated to the local children’s hospital. Work alongside your fellow peers to spread joy, compassion, and make a difference!

📝 | Howdy, Rebel Transfers! We’re BACK - and we’re better than ever! We hope you all had a wonderful first week situating yourselves into the swing of things for the Spring 2026 semester! With the semester officially underway, the UNLV / CSN Transfer Program (UCTP) is excited to announce that applications for the Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 UNLV / CSN Transfer Scholarship are officially open! Each year, the Consolidated Students of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (CSUN) provides funding for 10 $1,000 scholarships - supporting students as they continue their academic journeys. Transfer students attending UNLV from the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) are encouraged to apply for this opportunity designed to ease your transition and help set you up for success! Don’t wait - applications close on March 31st, 2026! Eligibility and requirements include - though are not limited to:
▪️Submission of a current resume.
▪️Must have previously attended the College of Southern Nevada (CSN), be admitted to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours for the upcoming semester.
▪️ Minimum of a 2.0. GPA.
▪️ Active engagement in transfer-related programs (UCTP), student organizations (RTSO), or participation in general campus transfer-based events (which are strongly considered!).
▪️ Submission of a thoughtful written candidate response.
▪️ Submission of intentions to actively contribute to RTSO’s mission and activities upon receipt of the scholarship.
▪️ Commitment of 2 semesters of involvement with the organization.

🌟 | Howdy, Rebel Transfers! We’re closing out National Transfer Student Week with our long-awaited Feature Friday highlights on Momentum Monday! First off, a huge thank you to everyone who submitted photos! Your participation made this celebration truly special! This collection features some of our favorite moments: our theatre transfer students during their Transfer Student Orientation earlier this May, our organization kicking off the year with ‘Transfer Therapy Thursday’ (featuring so many of you!) - a collaborative effort with and their Las Vegas group, our team tabling across campus at various opportunities to connect with new students, and our most recent in-person event - the ‘Make-It-Happen Monday Mixer!’ Thank you again to everyone who shared their memories and helped us highlight the heart of our transfer community - YOU ALL! It’s been a pleasure celebrating National Transfer Student Week - till next year! ♥️
