Dr. Duvall has a BA in Theater Arts and English. She was awarded a Master of Arts in Education degree in Instructional Technology. Her PhD is in K-12 Leadership in Administration and her dissertation work foci stems from mentorship and motivation. She has spent 16 years as a secondary communications teacher (in the realms of theater arts direction, English composition, and speech and debate) The m

ajority of her career concentration is that of helping both students and colleagues communicate varying ranges of professionalism. She has worked at CCSD for 8 years as both a learning strategist and teacher. Currently she is in her seventh year as an instructor at the University of Phoenix, Las Vegas as THE communications professor.
