In Austin’s competitive real estate market, an agent with this skill set is
uniquely positioned to deliver a superb client experience.

Jen Foronato specializes in interior design consultation and real estate services, offering clients a seamless experience from staging and selling to buying and redesigning their existing homes. An experienced eye for design creates a wealth of advantages for real estate clients, including the
ability to set the perfect stage for a home to go on market or catch that “diamond in the rough”
investment property. That agent is Jen Foronato. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles, Apparel and Merchandising from Indiana
State University, Jen’s passion for design inspired an eighteen year career in residential home
design (working with architects, home builders, construction professionals and home buyers) and
the fashion industry. Part of Jen’s experience came as an entrepreneur. In 2008, she launched Chic Concepts, an interior
decor company with services ranging from design consultations and material and finish selections to
custom window coverings and entire room redesigns. Jen’s decision to add real estate services to the Chic Concepts product suite stemmed from a strong
desire to serve her clients comprehensively. Knowledgeable and communicative, Jen approaches both real estate and design from a personal yet
highly professional perspective. Her aesthetic vision extends beyond staging and provides her clients
with a unique edge in a fast-moving yet highly competitive real estate market. Jen is creative,
imaginative and artistic. Her ability to intuitively understand her clients has made Jen successful in
both the design and real estate arenas. Whether buying or selling, Jen’s caring, solutions-oriented approach and industry-leading skill set
translate into tangible benefits for her clients. From finding that perfect new space to staging a
property for sale to renovating a new purchase, Jen provides her clients with the expertise they
deserve.

This reel takes you behind the transformation, showcasing the thoughtful design, breathtaking outdoor living spaces, and the stunning before-and-after journey that earned this prestigious recognition.

This week marks the start of a full hardscape refinement — driveway, courtyard, and casita porch. We are re‑staining the driveway, front courtyard, and the pool casita porch — shifting the palette away from the warm orange undertones you see here and into something more grounded, tonal, and architectural. The casita porch will be scored into 9” planks, creating a wood‑inspired rhythm that brings texture and visual structure to the space before its final stain is applied. It’s one of those subtle details that completely changes how the surface reads.

Grateful to be partnering with Distinctive Concrete whose craftsmanship and precision make projects like this feel effortless. The transformation is already underway, and the after is going to be a completely different story.

Another outdoor transformation complete in Austin.

This First Watch patio needed a solution for the Texas sun, heat and wind—without taking away from the open-air dining experience.

We designed and coordinated a custom motorized exterior shade system that integrates cleanly with the existing patio structure and gives the restaurant flexibility to adjust the space as conditions change throughout the day.

The result is a more comfortable, functional outdoor dining area that can be enjoyed through more of the Texas weather.

From restaurants and commercial spaces to residential patios and outdoor living areas, Chic Outdoor Systems by Chic Concepts provides custom shade solutions designed around the space, the environment and how it’s actually used.

Planning an outdoor space that needs better sun, heat or wind control? Send us a message and let’s talk about what’s possible.

Did you know, in Mexico, Cinco de Mayo is known as El Día de la Batalla de Puebla (The Day of the Battle of Puebla), and this battle is re-enacted every year in Mexico City? This isn’t just a day for eating tacos – although you should definitely eat some, it’s a day to celebrate Mexicans’ cultural pride, courage, and resilience. Feliz Cinco de Mayo ❤️🤍💚
