We are having the weekly yoga class as scheduled.
Yoga emphasizes breath and movement through a series of poses that unite in a smooth, modern flow. This class focuses on modifications and alignment while safely building strength and flexibility. It’s perfect for anyone looking to let go of stress and physical tension. Proper athletic attire is required. Limited Yoga Mats are available. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and water. All classes are FREE to Shenandoah University students, faculty and staff.
