This is more than an affirmation—it’s a mindset that transforms lives. Through our programs, we help teen girls, families, and communities build a positive identity, grow in confidence, discover their purpose, and take intentional steps toward their goals.

I AM – I know my worth.
I CAN – I believe in my potential.
I WILL – I choose to take action.

Our confidence course Chin Up! You Got This! has officially launched NATIONWIDE and is now available to incarcerated learners across the country through Edovo. 💛
Already, 1,000 learners have started the course!!!

Based on our founder memoir, this program invites learners to pause, reflect, and begin to imagine what comes next in their own lives. Through honesty, hope, and practical tools, Chin Up! You Got This! supports learners as they rebuild self-worth and remember one powerful truth: their story is not over.

The course is now available in 4,000+ facilities nationwide ✨

A message of hope from our founder

It all started with a slice of cake. 🍰

For my 40th birthday, I celebrated my best-selling memoir Chin Up! You Got This! with a book signing—and a cake with the book cover printed right on top.

But what you may not know is this…

👉🏽 I saved a slice of that cake as a prayer and asked God, “What could happen with this book one year from now?”

What happened next changed everything.

From memoir to mission.
From obedience to impact.
And now, as I approach my 42nd birthday this week, the journey continues.
