Regan Career Institute is approved by the State of California and by the California Department of Public Health Laboratory Field Services (LFS). The approval of Regan Career Institute to provide phlebotomy and other training ensures that RCI meets California's standards for these courses and training programs. Regan Career Institute is approved by the California State Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education.
