🇮🇹✨ That’s a wrap on the 2026 Accounting in Rome Study Abroad Program! ✨🇮🇹

From exploring centuries of history and culture to gaining a global perspective on business and accounting, this incredible group of students made the most of every moment in the Eternal City.

Over the past few weeks, they immersed themselves in Italian culture, built lifelong friendships, stepped outside their comfort zones, and experienced firsthand how business operates in a global environment. Between classroom learning, cultural excursions, unforgettable meals, and countless memories made along the way, Rome became much more than a destination—it became a classroom without walls.

A huge thank you to Professor Jennifer Riley for leading this amazing program and helping create such a meaningful international experience for our students.

Safe travels home, Red Raiders! ❤️🖤 We can’t wait to see how these experiences shape your future.

Hello Future Gilman Scholars,

Register today for the upcoming virtual Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program Student Writing Workshop, hosted by the Texas International Education Consortium (TIEC). This workshop is designed to help college students submit a strong, competitive Gilman Scholarship application and increase their chances of receiving up to $5,000 in funding to study or intern abroad!

Dates: Tuesday, February 18th and Wednesday, February 19th
Time: 6:00–7:00 PM Central
Register: Gilman Scholarship Writing Workshop

During the workshop, TIEC representatives will provide:

1. Step-by-step guidance on how to complete a competitive Gilman application
2. In-depth review of the application components
3. Hands-on support in strengthening your application essays
