These reactions say it all. 🥹🌟💙

We are so incredibly thankful for everyone who played a part in making our new locker room possible and for our university’s commitment to growing the game of women’s flag football. So much time, effort, and support went into creating this space for our girls, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Today, a look at their reactions. Full reveal coming soon!

From our team to you 💙

In honor of Mental Illness Awareness Week, our girls shared words of encouragement for anyone going through a difficult season. We hope these messages remind you that you are valued, you belong, and you don’t have to face the hard days alone.

Happy National Coaches Day to Coach Sho and Coach P!

Building this program means so much to me, and I’m thankful I get to do it alongside these two. Coach Sho keeps our office organized and keeps me in line, and Coach P is always willing to step in wherever he’s needed and keeps us laughing along the way. Their support means more than they know, and I’m grateful for the way they care for our girls and show up for this program every day. I hope you both know how appreciated you are!

Today our girls left encouraging notes and Scripture around campus in recognition of Mental Illness Awareness Week. We’re bringing attention to depression and anxiety and reminding others that they don’t have to walk through hard days alone. We may not know what someone is carrying, but a simple note can offer encouragement, a little hope, and a reminder that they are seen and loved.💙

ETBU Women’s Flag Football is looking for a Graduate Assistant or Part-Time Assistant to join our program beginning Spring 2027. We’re looking for someone who is Christ-centered, hardworking, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a fast-paced and fun environment while investing in our student-athletes and the culture we’re building at ETBU.

Flag football or football knowledge is preferred, but we’re ultimately looking for the right person who is ready to learn, grow, and be all-in with our program.

Interested candidates can send their résumé and philosophy of Christian athletics to [email protected].
