Hey BCM Alum Family and Friends!
We would love for you to help us connect with any high school senior that is planning on attending college in the fall! Whether the student you know is attending the University of Memphis or another college, we will personally reach out to them and share with them about Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM) and getting them connected where they attend.

✨Today is Collegiate Day of Prayer. Will you join us in praying for our campus and other campuses across the State? ✨

✨Pray for Welcome Week.
Welcome Week is an exciting week for BCM. We love having the opportunity to be out on campus, meet new students, and begin to introduce them to the hope and joy of Christ and His community. Pray for good connections to be made with students and that they would be able to find solid Biblical community in the BCM.

✨Pray for students, faculty, and staff.
Pray that the believers on campus would feel encouraged by Christ and burdened for the many lost students around them.Pray for boldness over the believers that daily walk across campus. Pray people would hear the life-changing news of the Gospel and they would respond excitedly, hungrily, and affirmingly to it.

✨Pray for BCM student leaders and our staff.Pray that we would be sensitive to where the Lord is leading us as to how to engage the campus well.Pray that we would have eyes to see and ears to hear (Matthew 11:15) the opportunities the Holy Spirit is offering us to help other students in their spiritual growth. Pray specifically for student leaders that will be leading family groups (weekly Bible studies) this semester, that they would have hearts of both Biblical encouragement and compassion.

✨Pray for mobilization and discipleship.
It is our desire to make disciples and invest in students to be leaders who make an impact for the Kingdom of God and to mobilize students to fulfill the Great Commission.

Hi Alumni and Friends!

It is that time of the year again! We are so excited to be gearing up for the Fall semester on campus at the University of Memphis and we need your help! We would love to connect with students you may know who will be attending college in the Fall! We would love to reach out to them and make sure they know how to connect with the BCM and answer any questions they might have. This will give us the opportunity to simply encourage them and let them know we are praying for them as they prepare for college. We have some free BCM merch we would love to send them in the mail.

Many of you who follow this page were a part of the BSU (BCM) during the 19 years in which Ron Hawkins was the director. Ron was a great man who loved students and student ministry. Ron passed away this last week after a prolonged illness. Please pray for his wife, Joyce and their two sons during this time.
