From earning her Doctor of Education in Higher and Adult Education at the University of Memphis in 2021 to leading University Schools, College of Education alumna Dr. Sally Parish has built a career centered on student success.

Parish recently joined Sam Coates on the Driven By podcast to reflect on her journey as an educator and leader. In “Same Kids, Same City, Almost Four Times the Results,” she discusses the growth of University Schools, the work behind building a district from the ground up and the commitment to students that continues to guide its mission.

We’re proud to see a COE alumna leading work that continues to make a difference for students across Memphis.
