The story: 12 Years ago - The Links, Inc. (Dade County Chapter - Dr. Barbara Edwards) hired me to capture “Healthy Choices” image for billboard at Florida Memorial University. We staged the shot using the pond as the background. Corporate partner “Clear Channel” designed, produced and placed the billboard on 27th Avenue/167th street facing south exposed to 30k cars per day.

Then: 2012 Healthy Choices Billboard featured two pre-teen girls Coryia and Summer Skyy.

Now: 2024 both girls are college graduates. Coryia is headed to law school and Summer Skyy to graduate school.

The future is bright.
