***It is important to sit with your back to the direction indicated in this session as it connects you with the Qi Men (ancient wisdom of energy), formation and assists in connecting more powerfully with this Divine Guidance. For example, if told to sit with your back to the North, it means you are facing South. Use your phone compass to assist with the directions if needed.

I recommend repeating the short section 3x in a row to help awaken and instill the Guardian Virtue within you. Overtime, you will shift your mindset to align with the wisdom of all of the Guardians of Qi Men.
