Have you ever tried these? They are snack bars made mostly of dates + a nut (peanut, cashew, or almond) + the “flavor” ingredient! They are pretty interesting, made mostly of very simple ingredients, and also pretty good!

(My favorite one is the peanut butter chocolate chip one!)
