Hi Everyone! Thank you for supporting our study. We wanted to take this time to see if any of you are interested in being part of the Yale Self-Efficacy, Lifestyle, and Fitness (SELF) Study. The goal of the study is to develop effective messaging improve the recovery of breast cancer survivors.
If you are a breast cancer survivor you are eligible for this study and we would love to have your participation in the study. The first step will be to complete the survey which you can access by going to the link below. This survey is estimated to take you approximately 15-20 minutes. From there you will receive follow up instructions to guide you in the completion of the rest of the study.
