On Saturday, June 6th, 2026, The women of Pi Lambda Zeta are excited to come together once again and participate in the Annual 100 Girls Leading Summit in the City of Bridgeport!
Mentoring young girls and investing in the next generation of leaders is at the heart of what we do. Events like this provide an opportunity to encourage, inspire, and empower young women while strengthening the communities we proudly serve. Come by our table, say hello, learn more about our service initiatives, and pick up some free giveaways.

On Sunday, June 7th, 2026, Pi Lambda Zeta will participate in the historic Freddy Fixer Parade in the city of New Haven. This annual celebration is more than a parade-it's a vibrant tribute to community, heritage, and the beautiful city of New Haven.
As we have done before, we look forward to marching alongside our neighbors, uplifting, our culture and honoring the legacy of one of the nations oldest parades.

Let's STOP normalizing burnout as strength.

During Mental Health Awareness month, we are encouraging honest conversations around stress management, emotional wellness, and the importance of seeking support before overwhelm turns into crisis.

Too many people are silently carrying pressure from work, caregiving, finances, leadership responsibilities, relationships, and everyday life while pretending everything is “fine.”

But wellness matters.
Rest matters.
Community matters.

This week, we encourage everyone to:
💚 Check in with themselves honestly
💚 Lean on trusted support systems
💚 Practice healthy coping strategies
💚 Give themselves permission to slow down and heal

Creating healthier communities begins with creating space for people to be human.
