A former All-American track and field athlete and Purdue University alumnus, Roland earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees there. After a successful 13-year career at ExxonMobil, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, steadily growing his McDonald's business.
A passionate philanthropist, Roland has donated significantly to education, including a $2 million gift to Purdue University, where the Roland G.
