Columbia University Women in Law and Politics A pre-professional & community-oriented organization, focused on furthering the career and personal goals of women who are pursuing law and/or politics.

We are a pre-professional and community-oriented organization, focused on furthering the career and personal goals of women who are currently pursuing law and/or politics. We will do this via three types of events: first, workshops, which will focus on a professional or professionals from the community providing advice and counsel on career goals. Second, forums, which will allow members of CU WIL

P to entertain conversations around women in law and politics, and will focus on student opinions rather than professional ones. Last, social events and community outreach will allow us to build a network within CU WILP, as well as to extend kindness and our own professional acumen to our surrounding neighborhoods.
