Never would have predicated COVID. However, I have been teaching consistently about the exceptional investment opportunities for single family homes in vacation destinations... the markets are on 🔥🔥🔥 with no foreseeable slow down. If anything, inventory is even lower snd all the natural sellers have moved on.

We covered specific locations during Nashville LIVE and Miami LIVE with participants that acted back then already seeing enormous (paper) gains.

Hell yeah! Construction of the sea wall has started for the two (2) new Soundfront 7 bedroom homes ready for summer 2021.

And... just to mix it up a bit (and offer our members and guests variety), we’ve now cleared our Oceanfront lot and this spectacular 5 bedroom oceanfront home will be available this summer too.

In addition, we are expanding our existing Edgecamp Sporting Club home and including a great pool, three hot tubs, and an event pavilion plus room for a party tent on the lawn for up to 200 guests.

We’re literally just getting started and the best is yet to come!

💯. Seems perfectly aligned - on the very same day that Pfizer announces its covid vaccine (thereby potentially / hopefully ending this crisis), I’ve closed on my final real estate transaction / total overhaul...

You see, nearly 6 months ago, I filmed a video on my YouTube channel, The Gift of Quarantine - basically forcing oneself to stop and think, plan, dream and put into action one’s NEW reality. So, I 100% revamped my single family home short term rental portfolio taking things to a larger, more meaningful scale.

I sold ALL legacy positions and reinvested in a brand new portfolio that positions me for my forward view of the world both from a risk and reward perspective. I’ve encouraged followers to do similar if they felt they had superior opportunities and led by example.

I took my own video to heart and was very busy and productive during the covid pandemic. I’ve successfully exited 100% of my legacy real estate positions (with the exception of my primary residence in Jackson, I still own that but turned down an extremely attractive bid electing instead to keep this one legacy asset. And, I kept my Nosara, CR boutique hotel as I really closed on this just prior to covid and it’s perfectly aligned with my forward view- in fact, it’s critically important).

So here’s what I accomplished / overhauled in 2020 during covid:

Sell:
- sell NYC brownstone
- sell Hamptons home
- sell Alabama STR
- sell two (2) investment properties in Jackson

BUY:
- buy boutique hotel in Palm Springs, CA (plus total infrastructure overhaul: new roof, solar, HVAC plus additional rooms and decor)

- buy boutique hotel in Palm Beach, FL (plus renovation of rooms, kitchen, etc)

- buy long term rental, landmarked home in Palm Beach, FL

- buy tear down canal front Palm Beach, FL

- buy more (all remaining) land in OBX (outer banks)

- under contract for landmark full renovation in Crested Butte, CO starting 2021

- finished construction, opened, host guests and full corporate buyouts at Edgecamp Sporting Club

- also fitting, today we broke ground on first of three new single family Edgecamp villas coming next summer! You ready to book one of these gorgeous oceanfront or soundfront 5-7 bedroom homes?
