Over these past days, we’ve shared so much more than practices and conversations — we’ve shared laughter, learning, connection, growth, and unforgettable moments together. Every person who joined brought something unique, and together we created a truly special community.

We learned from one another, inspired one another, and left feeling richer in mind, heart, and spirit.

Athens, thank you for holding us so beautifully. And to everyone who joined us — thank you for making this retreat what it was. What a gift it has been.

An amazing photo was just shared with us from Athens 🇬🇷✨

Our Happiness Studies Academy students are starting to arrive for the retreat, and what makes this moment so moving is the story behind it:

Five women from five different countries — China, South Africa, Mexico, the United States, and Israel — met through the Academy, became friends, and decided to travel together for a few days before the retreat begins.

It is such a beautiful reminder of what we have created.

A global community.
Real human connection.
Friendships built around meaning, growth, and happiness.

So moving. So inspiring. So proud of what we have built together.
