The Captain's Log The voice of CNU students.
The first Captain's Log was published November 7, 1963. The Captain's Log has been published continuously ever since, as a large tabloid style of newspaper. The Captain's Log was first printed on heavy, white paper, but that ended quickly. The Captain's Log has been printed on newsprint for at least twenty years.

President Trible just released the University response to COVID-19 and its impact on CNU. Classes will continue to be held as normal through tomorrow, but will be cancelled from March 16-20 as professors work to bring classes online from March 23-April 10. All campus facilities and residence halls will remain open during this time. The Captain’s Log hopes everyone stays healthy and safe!
