The Starving Artists The Starving Artists is a student operated theatre production company based within the Old Dominion University Theatre Department.

The Starving Artists is an organization dedicated to providing acting, playwrighting, directing, and technical design opportunities to Old Dominion University's Theatre students to prepare them for design and acting opportunities with the ODU main stage. The Starving Artists also work to culminate a sense of community within the arts students of Old Dominion, providing fun social nights, movie nig

hts, and community involvement oppurtunities with organizations such as Virginia Stage Company, The Workshop Theatre Group, and numerous non-profit organizations in Hampton Roads.
