LSA OU The Lebanese Student Association's mission is to promote the Lebanese culture among students on campus and the surrounding community.

The Lebanese Student Association is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious, non-biased, and non-discrimatory organisation. The purpose of this association is to promote and spread the Lebanese Culture at the University of Oklahoma through activites that aim to introduce the community and the students of OU to a middle-eastern culture. In addition, the LSA supports and unites the exisiting and

new coming Lebanese students. The association does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, marital status, or political belief. The LSA is open to all the student who are interested in learning more about the Lebanese Culture.

The LSA was awarded last year 2 awards from SGA (formally OUSA)which makes it the ONLY international association to receive any award from the SGA at OU. The LSA received:
- The Excellence in Multiculturalism based on the LSA exceptional contribution to the University of Oklahoma
- The Outstanding Registered Student Organization (for 20 members or less)

In addition, the LSA was selected as well by IAC among the most active international associations !

Thank you to everyone that came out to our event on Monday to support us in our effort to raise money for the people that got affect by the tornado in Moore. Together we raised $176.64 in just a few hours! LSA will match it for a grand total of $350! This will go to the "OU foundation - Help OUr Neighbor Fund" which benefits the OU families that were impacted by the tornado!
